Managing human resources, marketing, finance, and general business management skills are all an integral part of establishing a successful growing company.

Eligible companies may receive AFIF support of up to $20,000 in non-repayable financing to assist in developing these essential business skills. The first $5,000 does not need to be matched by the participant, and the next $15,000 has to be matched dollar for dollar.

Typically this project involves engaging professionals to provide assistance to further develop business skills.
